Mr. Prasit Boondoungprasert is a transformational leader noted for his exceptional ability to enhance business efficiency through value creation and digital transformation.

He has been appointed as a board member of many companies that CPF has invested in such as US, UK and Germany. Up until 2013,he was the President of CP-Meiji, which is the joint Venture company between two large companies: CPF and Meiji Dairy Japan). He has been in this position since 2009. Before joining with CPF, he was working in consulting and Financial advisor with KPMG and Arthur Andersen.
